“Craving” – when we first hear this word, the one thought that pops up is – O is she expecting
one of the main signs of pregnancy, I used to hear that from my friends and today I experience it
. Friends around me who were pregnant craved to eat spicy, sweet ,hot, Pizza
,cakes
and so much more different variety of foods. And so I assumed that when I come to that stage I shall be having the same and it will be fun to eat all no restrictions,no thinking of weight gain or anything
.
All thru my pregnancy I craved for many things, normal but a little differently normal
. In my first trimester I could not stand food
, So that was the time I was not sure what craving was..
In my second trimester I was craving to do quilting and scrapbooking
. I know this sounds funny well it is, they say people crave for different variety of food but in my case I wanted to do something creative.. All thru nights I used to be like when will I start and finish, Once I completed I felt so good
. Amazing feeling.

Once quilting was done I was craving to eat wet mud, I know this sounds weird
. Back in my childhood in my home town, when ever we had rain the smell of the wet mud was so tempting and amazing what shall I say
it was irresistible to not give a try
.
And now I have the same feeling luckily my friend here had some from her religious place and she shared it with me Wow.. I know you must be thinking what a craving
don’t worry its healthy its not like I eat in a big plate its just a pinch I taste it and being it from the religious place its even more better
.
Now I am in my third trimester last and soon to have a baby in hand, I was craving to make some eggless red velvet cup cakes yum isn’t it and a cute little Gum paste baby from long..which I completed last night with the help of my sweet hubby.. And I feel yum yum
..
Actually I wanted to make these for my baby shower which my sweet heart is organizing for me supposed to be a surprise but difficult with me well that’s a different story in it all
I’ll tell all about it in my next post..

Well craving can be for anything that is what I discovered during this new journey of my life
.
So what are you craving for
do share
. Its not necessary that you got to be pregnant to crave for something
.
Wish you all a lovely time and happy reading…Keep Smiling

They say when you are having a baby, the time plays different roles with you giving you an experience of lifetime in the span of 9 months.
Just 56 days more to go for the thriller to end and than We will be officially moved on from couple to family. Wow time flies so soon. Past 7 months of my life have been one memorable ride of life.
The First three months of my Pregnancy – was one roller coaster ride which cannot be compared with any ride in the world, seriously no jokes it was a roller coaster ride a fast one which dint stop for a long time, each day was like a new day. During those days –
My favorite place – Restroom.
My favorite sitting – My Couch.
My favorite food – Nothing.
My favorite pastime – Nausea
It was like – my morning started with a fast ride which when ended made me dizzy , feeling nausea
and I dint like the smell of any food.
If some one is cooking I would run away far from that place. Dint like what I cooked or baked it was one difficult time nothing like what I had imagined pregnancy would be
.
If you are alone at home the whole day at this time no doubt you go nuts, thanks to my better half who took care of me even when he had no idea what’s going on with me
and also thanks to lovely friends around for all there support. At this stage you should have some good company to keep you going. Thank God I had them
After the roller coaster ride came the second trimester. These 3 Months was all about settling into the feeling of being pregnant and getting used to whole new world of the word pregnant, motherhood. So many changes and experiences. Not only physically but also mentally. I could see so many different changes in my body , also now I was mentally stronger from before to handle any nausea or dizziness.
I was like – “ Bring it on” hehehe
. Luckily I had my parents around to help me out at this time. They gave me the strength to work it up and get active. At this stage I enjoyed visiting all around the place.
During those days –
My favorite place – Disney with family.
My favorite time – enjoying every single moment of life.
My favorite food – Home made mom cooked food.
My favorite pastime – Eat, sleep, T.V, Family Fun
Also sometimes emotional break outs
with lots of back pain
well cant have all good ones you see every stage of pregnancy comes with some side effects
but rest all was great, I got my grove back
.
Now I am in my third trimester , now the feeling of getting closer to THE DAY is getting stronger and stronger each day, heart beat is raising and I keep telling myself enjoy your freedom of being irresponsible (a wicked smile), and try out all that I had planned to do.
My sweet hubby made me join pre-natal yoga to keep me active, initially i was like naaa but when I started I loved it. The classes are awesome , its great to see and meet lovely ladies who are at the same stage as you , and who understands what you are going thru. The place I go is http://www.lotusyogaspace.com/ . My teacher is great. Her name is Melisa she is been teaching from past 8 years and is really good with what she is doing. Meeting different pregnant ladies , learning and hearing there stories sometimes makes you feel wow you are not alone. Its motivating too, keeps you going and gives you a feeling of you can do it.. Thank you honey for planning and enrolling me into this..
Well now that I am not as active as before but still managed to do few stuff I had planned and I love to do like –
I made this baby quilt –

I made few baby cloth wipes –

Well my journey is still on and hoping
all goes fine.
If you have any questions on how to do the cloth wipes or the blanket let me know I shall share the links with you
Until next time keep smiling and wish you a lovely time Happy New Year !!!

After three years of blissful fun filled happy married life it was time for us to plan for our next step in life. Like every other couple we too made a dream of how and what our future would be like.
Every time a couple with a baby passed us by , we would imagine ourselves in their shoes and dream of having ours one day. The simple imagination made us so happy filled with feelings of excitement and joy within.
We were in love with the very thought.
So After our third anniversary we decided to go for our dream and plan up.With a little research on how to go ahead , we took the very next appointment with a gynecologist and found out what should we do to fulfill our dream of having a baby.
When we met the doctor, she did some test and said – “ I see you are all fit to have a baby. Be patient and let the nature do its course. She just advised to take any prenatal tablets available at the counter and wait for it to happen”.
With a variety of prenatal available these days, it was difficult to choose one. I did some research and picked up Spring Valley Prenatal Multivitamin from Wal-mart. The price is reasonable and the effect was good at least for me.
Having patience during this time is a little difficult
. Luckily after two month On July 7th we found out – We are going to have a Baby Hurray!!!!
The Journey of Transformation from Couple to being a Family was official now
.
From here starts our Beginning of our New Dream filled with so many new surprises and experiences we had just heard of.

Starting to write again on my own blog is so difficult after the long gap of 5 months. I never imagined it would be so hard to find words to start writing again.
Been occupied in these past months, never got the time to write. Though the thought of writing was always hitting me in back of my mind, but never could make the effort of get back to it. And if anytime I did feel to write , my brains would go blank staring at the empty page thinking Damn what shall I, or how shall I start.. It was like I needed some courage to get back to what I loved to do.. Alas – “As they say its never late to catch up from where you left” hence here I’m writing my thoughts down
..
Seeing the calendar – the dates pass by so soon closing to the year end, I decided before this year ends I want to wrap up this years blog with all my good memories and make some new Resolutions
for the new beginning.
Its been one heck of a roller coaster ride… With so many changes happening around.. The best good news to share with all of you is I am having a Baby , A long awaited dream going to be true soon.
This coming year my blog will be having all new different topics
filled with all new experience of my new life . So keep watching my space for something new
Until next time Keep Smiling and Stay Happy

Its Saturday morning, and as usual I have my breakfast with morning T.V series on. Changing thru the channel seeing what’s new, I browse thru different channels of T.V series I get hooked to one channel where I see something new for me, something I love to do is on. For those who don’t know me, I am a person who loves crafts, any thing which has creativity to do with, it just makes my heart beat so fast, its like skydiving hehehe sounds funny but its true
. So when I say I love to do is on, it means something creative is on, its one of those things I am passionate about keeps the life interesting
It was a 1800 T.V series by Fons and Porter (www.fonsandporter.com). They were showing how to make table top quilt.. how awesome is that. Always loved to watch T.V series which teach something like this, and I am also a big fan of Martha Stewart. As soon as I finished watching the series, I went online and browsed thru their website, and found many free patterns and tips.. Wow what a way to start my Saturday just love it…Now I am waiting to start with my project..
Just after that I was back on browsing thru the T.V Channels, that is when I got hooked with I Dreamed a Dream : Susan Boyle Story.. I love her voice, She is an inspiration saying it loud that age is no bar for any dream to come true, you just got to dream ….
I am sure each one of us out there have something they always love to do, and have dreamed to try once.. No dream is small or big , you just got to dream
and for your surprise it will come true one day soon..
Keep Dreaming with a Hope It will Come True.. Happy weekend
