How to make a Butter cream Icing?
- To make a butter cream Icing all you need is
1/2 cup butter i.e 1 big cube of butter
1/2 cup high ratio vegetable shortening
4 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence (optional)
2tbsp Whole Milk, or more based on your consistency.
Mix butter and shortening to form a smooth cream ,Add Milk 1 tbsp at a time, then add sugar 1 cup at a time mixing in intervals. If required add milk as required. Do not over beat the cream.
How to smooth icing on a cake ?
- Use Viva Paper towel for smoothing the icing on a cake.
How to use a Viva Paper towel to smooth an icing on a cake?
- After icing the cake wait for 5mins, touch the icing to check if it is still sticky. Once you feel the icing is not sticking to your hands take a piece of the viva towel (preferable) else any paper towel you have at home, note with viva towel your icing will be smooth but with other paper towel it will leave out some effect on the icing , well in a way it will give a printing effect if you like it

What’s so different about today.. hmmmm let me see same day different date just the same as always. The difference is only that we woke up early on a holiday, went out on a walk, played Tennis . Doing something different from a regular day really makes a big difference in how you feel about life.
You make new plans, new expectation from life, love life more, feel every moment so important and make the best of each moment.
You never know what around you may bring the best in you and make you feel the world has so much to offer . If you just look around you will get the inspiration you need for you to enjoy life.
Like today when we were at Elizabeth park playing tennis , our neighbor player was as old as my granddad, but he was full of life. The first time we saw we were wondering will he really be able to play, just as he started playing wow… so impressed even at that age he was full of life. That’s when I felt in life no matter what age you are in or how you feel, if you have a passion in your heart and willing to enjoy every moment of life nothing can stop you…See inspiration is all around us, we just need to open ourselves to it
