Yesterday while shopping at Patel’s I came across this wonderful drink, which I missed so much after coming to US. Its yummy, and has many health benefits. Back home I used to drink it when ever I got a chance.
This drink is anytime better than a soda. It keeps your skin healthy, keeps your body hydrated, relieves from urinary problems, kills intestinal worms, breaks up kidney stones and so much more can just go on and on..
You must be thinking which drink is it, well any guesses.. this drink is known as – Natural Isotonic Beverage. Yes you guessed it right its Coconut Water. Back home we used to drink it fresh from the farmers market. But here we get them in packets. I was wondering how it would be, might be they are mixed with some flavors and color and so never gave a try. But when I tried it this morning yummy it has its natural flavor no colors, no aroma its awesome love it…
You should try this drink..If you get it fresh than what more one can ask for, but if you don’t than you can try this one which I got, its Real Coconut Water made in brazil. I am going to add this to my daily routine, once a day

Spring is on its way and we love spring. Long waited for the beautiful flowers to bloom, the wonderful beach with sun shine falling on the deep blue sea. Just waiting to go out and have some fun. But for few of us, certain proteins from pollens released by trees and plants irritate the immune system. Which thereafter allowing the body to produce excess histamine, an inflammatory compound that leads to, you guessed it, allergy symptoms, making it difficult to enjoy our lovely nature.
